Nice and subtle aura about the place on entry, feels like a local mainstay as soon as you walk in. The richness of the broth is something I look for and don't find like this many places. Even got me to try frog legs, and they were absolutely delicious and yes, those are indeed the frog legs. The servers were very prompt and kind also.

Came here for my first time today & everything was really good! I will be back. I had the Tom Yum Soup, Crab Rangoon, & Combo fried Rice. I tried the Spring Rolls & Fried Quail as well. 10/10 everything

Service was very friendly. Received the food fast. The Tom Yum broth was tasty, but 2/3rds of the bowl was full of onions and the shrimp was lack luster. The shrimp roll was nothing special, pho soup has too many noodles to enjoy the broth and bland. It should be hot, tasty, full of fresh herbs, etc. Stir fries are full of noodles to fill you up and little protein. As you can see there is alot of differed maintainence on floors we did not notice until we were half way through meal. From the front entrance desk, chipped soup bowls, cleanliness issues like the dust I wiped with my napkin on the window seal, and the other side of the booth was not cleaned, and carpeted floors need a professional cleaning so it makes you wonder what's going on in the kitchen as well before your food arrives. They need to limit their menu to best sellers, concentrate on fresh herbs, quality shrimp, beef, chicken, vegetables and quality control from purchasing to presentation and taste. Quality over quantity ! Id rather have small fabulous portions that blow me away then a ton of noodles to fill you up. They have been around for years and they could be doing a tremendous lucrative business instead of

Very disappointing experience. We wanted to like this place because overall it was okay. The flavors were decent and nothing was terrible. But the biggest issue is the protein portions. Every dish felt noticeably light on meat. The “special” pho was especially disappointing. When you order a special pho, you expect a generous mix of meats. Instead, it was clearly lacking. Very little beef, minimal variety, and it just did not feel like a proper special. They also had a specialty fish and shrimp dish, but by 5:00 p.m. they were already out of fish. That is way too early in the evening to be running out of a core ingredient. If you know fish is a key part of a signature dish, inventory should be planned better. The restaurant refused to add more protein, even after we address the situation. Completely unacceptable customer service.

Atmosphere is nice. The servers were friendly but didn’t do a lot of check ins. The pho chay I had tasted off. I thought it was not my personal preference but it tasted a little like a toilet bowl, and I ended up getting sick two days later with food poisoning. My husband’s dish was very good. Thai iced tea was yummy.
